Definitions
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to CompliMax. “Client,” “User,” or “You” refers to anyone accessing or using our services. “Services” include accounting, taxation, payroll, CFO services, business registration, and compliance consulting offered by CompliMax.
Use of Our Services
- ✔ You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- ✔ You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all service requests.
- ✔ You may not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
Payment Terms
- ✔ Our pricing is $5/hour for compliance, taxation, and financial services.
- ✔ Payments must be made as per the agreed billing cycle.
- ✔ Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
- ✔ No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.
Confidentiality & Data Security
- ✔ We ensure 100% confidentiality of all client data.
- ✔ We implement ISO-certified security measures to protect financial records.
- ✔ However, we are not liable for third-party security breaches beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
- ✔ CompliMax provides services “as-is” without any warranties.
- ✔ We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services.
- ✔ In no event shall CompliMax’s liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.
Termination of Services
✔ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms, there is non-payment beyond the due date, or fraudulent or illegal activities are detected. ✔ Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance.
Intellectual Property
✔ All content on our website (text, logos, service descriptions) is owned by CompliMax. ✔ You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms
✔ We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
✔ These terms are governed by the laws of India. ✔ Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, India.
